How to change the photos on your website

Changing photos on your 321Go website

We've made it very easy to swap and update photos on your website. You can use your own photos or choose from one of our hand-selected Stock Images.

Copyright Be sure that you own the images you choose to use on your website. Copyright should be granted by the photographer if you did not take the photo yourself. Additionally, you will need to check the copyright requirements for any photos you find online. All photos in the 321Go Stock Image Library have been granted copyright for your use.

Step 1: Log in to your website and navigate to Edit Your Site

Step 2: Navigate to Add/Edit Page and select the page where you want to change a photo.

The pages of your website are all categorized by their menu location. You can also use the search feature if you do not see the page you want to edit right away.

Step 3: Hover over the photo you want to change and click the image

As you hover over the images on your Site Dashboard they will display an animated overlay. Once you click on the image a panel will appear on the left sidebar. You will see a thumbnail of the select image here.

Step 4: Click on Select Image(s) in the left sidebar to open a media upload window

Step 5: Upload your image OR select one from your Media Library

Use the Media Library

We've populated your Media Library with Images you uploaded during your onboarding along with Stock Images you selected on your intake form. If you don't find images in your library you'd like to use we'll show you how to access our full library of Stock Images at the end of this article.

Step 6: Once you've uploaded or selected an image, click Save Changes on your Site Dashboard

Step 7: You did it! Confirm that you've replaced the correct photo in the preview window on your Site Dashboard

How to use an image from one of the libraries

Click on the link to one of the above libraries

Choose a sub-folder that corresponds to what type of photo you're looking for

Click the download icon of your selected photo

Upload the photo to your website using Step #5 above
