FAQs

What if I want to send you more info/photos after I submit my Site Build Form?

No problem. Click on the chat icon in the bottom right of this screen to talk to our support team. They will add any content you wish during support hours.

When I go live with my new site, is the design set in stone?

Not at all! Your website should be an evolving layout and flow to ensure you capture as many eyeballs as possible.

Will I be able to make changes to my site on my own? Will I have "backend" access?

Yes. We created a Site Builder software specifically for business owners like you. You will have full access to all of your content and you will be able to make as many changes as you want. If you get lost or break something, Support is standing by to assist.

Will you help me learn how to use my site?

Absolutely. We will email you login information once your Draft Site is ready for viewing. After you approve the design we'll send you a few articles to get you up-to-speed. Then — after you've been live for at least 45 days — we will reach out to schedule a video Marketing Consultation. A Marketing Specialist will evaluate your site's performance to offer design suggestions as well as answer any questions you may have.

My question isn't listed here...

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right of this page and a member of our support team will answer any (well... almost any) questions you have.
