Managing new leads on your ModSites

This article will show you how to manage your leads directly from your ModSites Dashboard.

Managing leads can be a pain. Spreadsheets, sticky-notes, or expensive CRM software are all poor options. But — as we've learned over the years — the majority of success is sales is simply a result of being organized and following up on warm leads. Your ModSites comes lead-ready so you can be sure that no one falls through the cracks.

To see your leads on your site
Log in to your ModSites Dashboard.
Navigate to "Leads" tab on the left side column.



See a list of your leads and from where they came.

Change who is notified when you get a new lead
If you also want a coach or manager notified of a new lead you can also send them a message with the lead's contact info.
Navigate to "Forms"
Find the Form you want to update
Navigate to "Settings" > "Notifications"
Enter additional email addresses in the "Send to Email" field



PRO TIP: Follow up with leads each week for 7-8 weeks or until they say they're not interested. Most people are busy and appreciate the reminder of their intention in visiting your site. Don't be afraid to be persistent!
