Want to connect Fitness Assessment To Wodify Leads?

At this current moment Zapier is required to connect any form made using the Forms tab on the backend of your site to Wodify.

To setup Forms to Wodify follow the steps below:

Please create a Zapier Account if you don't already have one

Copy this zap into your account

Copy the Webhook Url given in the Action Step of the Zap


In 321Go Dashboard Go to Lead gen (in header) > Fitness Assessment > Settings > Zapier URL and paste the zapier webhook.

Now go back to Zap you copied and continue on webhook setup. Keep clicking continue until you have pulled in a test submission

Open the Wodify Zap step and connect your Wodify account then match the fields from the form submission to the Lead details then click save.


Turn on your zap and you're all set!
