How to Edit, Reorder and Add Coaches

How to get to edit page view.

Make sure you are logged in. Here is a guide on how to do that if you aren't sure.
Once you are logged in Click on the logo in the upper left corner.
You will see the front of your website. Find the programs page.
Click on the Edit Page button in the top left corner.

How to Add a Coach

Simply click Add Coach and fill it in using the edit steps then click Publish

How to Edit Coaches

Go to the Coaches page
Select the Coaches Block.
Select all All Coaches
Select edit on the Coach you want to edit.

Add Categories to Coaches

This is how to create a category for your coaches. Use this to put coaches blocks on multiple pages but only have specific coaches display.
From the edit Coach Page click on Add New Category
Create a category such as "Bootcamp coaches" or "Front Desk Staff".
Add the category to coaches as needed.

Removing or hiding a Coach

Go to the Coaches page
Select the Coaches Block.
Select all All Coaches
Select the Coach you want to remove or hide.

Once on that Coach's page, you can simply change the status from Published to Draft.

Changing the order of Coaches

Open the Coaches Block and select Re-Order Coaches
Once on the Reorder page, you will see a column like this. Simply drag and drop the Coaches into the order you want them in.
